I met with an attorney to get professional advice and assistance with a business set-up. They did not tell me I would be charged for the first 30 minute consult. Afterward I received a bill for $300 for 30 mins. I paid it, but I was not happy that I had not been informed this would be the charge. Professionals should be upfront about their fees.

With me living on the west coast, 1,400+ miles away, Adam and his associated staff assisted me in dealing with a rather difficult multi-state estate including North Dakota and Montana.
Adam and his associates were very professional, thorough, pleasant and more than willing to take the time to ensure that I understood the process and that all of my questions were fully answered.
I would highly recommend Adam and his firm.
Should I ever require additional legal assistance in either North Dakota or Montana, I will look to Adam and his firm first.
