Tony and his team did an exceptionally good job working on my disability case, and guiding me through the difficulties of the Social Security system. The SSA had failed to obtain the proper documentation they had been directed to (they prefer to obtain it themselves), and I was not aware documentswere missing. I was not getting some of my notices from the SSA, and my point of contact at SSA was unreachable and refused to answer voice messages (sixteen separate occasions) - even when I was calling at their "urgent" written instruction. In one case one of my doctors had attempted to provide documentation numerous times, following instructions provided by SSA, all without success. None of the options provided by the SSA were working. Tony straightened it all out. He saw the documentation issues and helped to track down and submit everything we needed. He dealt with missing SSA notices and kept me current on the case. I especially appreciated the rehearsal runs he took time to do with me leading up to the hearing. I have severe PTSD and anxiety, along with brain damage and cognitive difficulties, and this helped me both to be more prepared and to manage my anxiety levels better. I thought Tony handled the hearing itself extremely well, especially important given my difficulties speaking under stress. I was granted my full disability benefits, and am deeply grateful to Tony and his team for all their help on my case. I highly recommend their services.

Do not waste your time with this law firm. Not only did he not win my case, he hardly even tried. The first time I reached out to Tony's team via their client text line was March 9, 2024. It took until March 15, 2024 to get a response. Since this was our first text interaction, I was willing forgive that. However, on April 28, I was led to believe my hearing would be moved to an in-person hearing. On June 6, I received evidence that this was not the case & reached out. I did not receive a response until June 20, after 3 more attempts to reach out. This is a wait time of 2 weeks with 3 reminders. On July 16 I reached out regarding my hematologist & my therapist’s paperwork. Two reminders & one week later I had some dialogue with his office but did not receive answers to all my questions until I called on July 23, 2024. A total wait time of 3 weeks & 4 days for answers to to what amounted to very simple yes-or-no answers. Furthermore, in addition to their untimely responses, Tony & his staff were regularly extremely rude, condescending, & unprofessional in their communications. That was bad enough, but on the day of my trial, he showed up 15 minutes late without communicating with myself or the judge, who both reached out. He then proceeded to misgender me during my trial despite the judge beginning the court by asking for my preferred pronouns & honorific. While he did apologize during my trial for misgendering me, when I attempted to ask him after the trial via text where the misunderstanding happened, his response was that, "He wasn't a perfect person." I believe that he chose to misgender me due to him asking for my previous legal name at our court preparation meeting, & me giving him my birth name, because up until he knew my birth name he had never misgendered me a single time. Only when I emailed him after his response to my review did he offer an alternative explanation & claim he had nothing against trans people, & then only because he was clearly hoping I would change my review to be more positive. His paralegals also misgendered me in their emails to my therapist. After getting a response to my review saying my recount was factually incorrect, I planned to edit my review with a transcription & time stamps of the relevant texts, but it exceeded the allowed character limit. However, if you look at the other negative reviews garnered by this law firm, you will notice they accuse every negative reviewer of lying, which generally means businesses have something they are desperately trying to hide--in this case, their incompetence. Futhermore, because of Tony's response, I emailed him asking what my factual errors are so that I could fix them. The only error I was able to find was that I was mistaken & he did apologize to me, which I corrected. However, in his response, he excused his godawful communication with the fact that I "hired him late," even though he did not say when I hired him, nor at any point in the process up through the end of the trial, that this would impact anything, & certainly not communication times. He also accused my negative review of being posted on Christmas Eve because "[I] was sad & wanted to vent," even though he had no idea if I even celebrated that holiday, which is out of pocket & entitled at best & is more likely projection of his own negative feelings about the holiday. He then proceeded to tell me that my complaints that I had listed in my original email were too vague & that I had to be more specific if I wanted anything to change. He said the only thing they "fell short of" was not texting back enough & asked if that meant he was guilty of not caring about me as a client. Reader, I cannot emphasize enough, multiple times, multiple weeks elapsed between when I sent simple yes-or-no questions & when I received any kind of response. Communication is one of the most important aspects of a lawyer-client relationship; the wait times I experienced were beyond absurd, & are, all else aside, enough for me to strongly recommend against hiring this firm. Don't waste your time.

Tony did a great job for me, the disability help has changed my life and has allowed me to retire and take care of my body that’s pretty beat up from 45 years of hard work and two major surgeries. .

Anton was incredible to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable about SSI and SSDI. He was thorough about the entire process of seeking out eligibility and the court system.
