Although the entire process for me took over 3 years, I worked with Tony for over 1 year. Tony and his team helped me more than I could ever imagine. They were able to answer all of my questions and take care of basically everything when it came to my reconsideration and appeal.

I was referred to Ficek Law by another law firm for my Social Security case. I have been dealing with SSA since 2015 and denied several times over the past 8 years. In the end Mr Ficek got me a favorable decision. Working with him was an enjoyable experience as he is extremely knowledgeable about SSA and he takes the time to listen and answer questions.

I highly recommend Ficek Law Firm. I had a wonderful experience working with Anton Ficek who represented me in my Disability case. Not only was he knowledgeable and helpful in winning the case, he was also thoughtful and accommodating during the interview process. I have Severe PTSD and the questions he needed to ask to gather evidence for my case were very personal and difficult for me to have to answer. Anton seemed to be understanding and it made the the process much less stressful. I was very grateful and happy with how it turned out.

After over four years of struggle, I found this excellent lawyer who fought for me. I personally feel many people do not understand an illness, not clearly visible, but he did. The whole team was amazing and absolutely professional, not to mention extremely skilled.
Ficek law has a full understanding of procedures and knowledge of the law. The communication was impeccable. Though I do not wish anyone disabled, if you need a good lawyer, please call Ficek law!
