Nathan was amazing to work with throughout the entire process. He always provided me with all the facts of the case to allow me to make the best decisions I could. His attention to detail and willingness to help is second to none. Although the process was long, he never failed to keep me updated and I never questioned his progress. Mr. Serverson was very consistent in the way he addressed all the different and many problems that a rose. On top of updating myself and laying out as many options as possible, with guidance for each option. Mr. Serverson and his Team have great follow through with each turn of events, I was never left hanging wondering or left in the dark. I appreciated his straightforward talk and attitude. Also he has a great work ethic. I have received many phone calls and emails early in the morning and late at night. It's nice to work with people that work as hard as you do. Gives a lot runaround and paralegal is unorganized. Will have to submit previous paperwork over and over again.
