Professional, friendly and down to earth

Hi highly recommend Luke if you are in a bad situation! He offers FREE consults & also worked out a payment plan with me as I am a student living on a budget. Luke always answered all my questions and guided me to the best of his ability. I only had to appear at the initial court appearance and he represented me alone for the rest which made it easy for me as I didn't have to miss any class. Luke was always easy to reach as there are multiple ways to reach him (work, cell, email) and he is prompt in returning messages. Hopefully I will never need his services again, but if I did he would definitely be the first Attorney I would contact!

I was very pleased with Luke Hec's services as my lawyer. He always made sure I clearly understood our situation, and was prompt in alerting me to any changes in my case. I would strongly encourage him to anyone in need of a defense lawyer. Hopefully won't need a defense lawyer in the future, but if I did, I'd definitely utilize Mr. Hec again.

He thoroughly explained how the process works from beginning to end, explained to me the best and worst case scenario's, and assisted me in making the right decisions concerning my case. I never once had to reach out to him to see where things were in the proceedings, he always kept me in the loop. Luke Heck is a associate lawyer at Severson, Wogsland & Liebl. Luke Heck represented me on a highway shake down performed by the ND Highway Patrol. They wrongly relieved me of $6800 dollars and called it civil forfeiture. Mr. Heck and his team got me my hard earned money back. Thank you very much for all your help. This guy is awesome to work with!

I cannot say enough good things about this law firm, and especially Luke. As a person who suffers from high anxiety, I decided to look into hiring a lawyer for my DUI charge for my peace of mind as I have never been in this sort of situation and was in way over my head.
