I have worked with Mr Western several times for different matters, and has always taken care of me/us very well. Office staff is always very friendly and helpful.

I have used Fremstad Law Firm personally for a real estate matter and I am also an attorney in the community who has stood as opposing counsel on the other side of cases. I consider this law firm to be highly competent and professional. I recommend their team when individuals call me and are seeking a lawyer for those civil matters which fall outside my scope of practice.

Very happy with Fremstad Law - I always get a quick response and I appreciate their ability to deal with complex issues but also their ability to decipher legal jargon into plain english to make sure I fully understand the issues and options available.

My business partners and I just had THE worst experience with this firm. It’s actually shocking and we have the emails to prove it. We have definitely parted ways as we question their character, integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism. I’m disgusted and beyond disappointed.

Spent a week trying to set up an appointment with them, and bring my father in so we could find out about Guardianship and how to safe guard his finances because my Step Mom is very ill. They contacted me, and kept me hanging all week. I made the trip to Fargo from the cities so I could handle this and other things in person. I hadn't gotten confirmation from them yet so I stopped in. They confirmed my appointment for the next morning. Then after I left I got an email message saying they couldn't help me and were canceling my appointment. They left me no time to find another lawyer. No further explanation. Extremely poor service.
