Darcie was a terrible parenting time expeditor. She lied, manipulated the process, abused the system and court orders as well as law, and has attempted to charge me money for services she claims were done.

Ms. Einarson made a difficult time manageable and expedient. She advocated for me at every turn and was thoughtful in her delivery of advice. The desire to be finished with a divorce is so very strong, but Ms. Einarson was able to work efficiently and still made sure all implications were clear to me before proceeding. I plan on using her services for my will preparation.

Darcie and her staff did an excellent job of helping me, as a father, gain custody of my child. They were always professional and understanding. They were very attentive to detail and I felt great confidence in Darcie’s ability and energy in what she does.

Darcie was wonderful! When I met with her I was not aware of so much. Darcie was knowledgable, trust worthy and very empathetic. She was honest and told me what to expect and was there to answer any questions or concerns I had along the way. Darcie went above and beyond to get what was needed. She always had me and my kids best interest as priority. I am very thankful that Darcie was my divorce attorney and would recommend her without hesitation.

No one wants the turmoil and stress of divorce and custody but Darcie made the process much easier to walk through and understand. She has a LOT of experience and I’ve told many that if I had to repeat that part of my life again she would still be my lawyer of choice. I met with three lawyers prior to her and found her understanding and empathy for my situation to be what truly made the difference - I needed someone who would work for likeminded goals and she did Not disappoint. That being said though, she’s no pushover. She’s a hard worker driven with a tiger’s intensity. It’s better to have her on your team than to find yourself up against her.

Darcie was able to get our case dismissed against the States Attorney and County Social Services. Darcie successfully won our Administrative Law hearing. I highly recommend Darcie Einarson to anyone with a case in family law! Darcie is not afraid to stand her ground and will not back down.

The lawyer we hired was unethical and it turned out an alleged friend of the petitioner in my divorce. Darcie stepped in and tried to salvage the case, and was far more competent than the experienced lawyer working first employed by me. I would hire her at a moments notice if needed again.
