These extortionists tried to illegally serve me with a notice to pay a hospital bill that was in no way related to me. And were too cowardly to do it themselves. They used law enforcement to try and serve this illegal notice. Well it didn't work. Know your rights folks! They have no authority to do this so stand your ground no matter who they pay to come to your door.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I tried contacting Daniel multiple times about setting up payments for a hospital collection and he gave NO option. He also blocked my email when I tried emailing him. Worst place and person in my opinion. I’ve never had issues before setting up payments.

Garrett Ludwig is a terrible lawyer. If you want your ex to have everything he's your man. he did nothing for me and went out of his way to get my ex what she wanted. never explained anything to me. told me just give her what she wants I paid him to represent me but he didn't. Do not hire this guy waste of money.

Very disappointed in this firm. Our accountant referred my husband to Arlen Ruff to assist us in setting up an LLC. Upon calling the firm my husband explained the service he needed. The person who answered the phone ask for his name and put him on hold. She came back and stated that they could not help him as he had a judgement against him. This is not true and we have had issues with his identity in the past due to the fact that there are two or three other people in the Bismarck/Mandan area with the same name. Judgement was made without asking enough questions. Needless to say, we will not be doing business with this law firm and we will be sharing our poor experience with our business and personal associates. BEWARE IF YOU HAVE A COMMON NAME - YOU WILL BE JUDGED AND TREATED UNJUSTLY!!
