Arrogant and inadequate. Per ND Supreme Court, Attorney Criag fails to adequately brief appellate issues: Landis v. State 2024ND17 (Actual & Legal innocence, Judicial Error, Prosecutorial misconduct issues not briefed at all- Makes a person wonder if Craig endorses intoxicated drivers hurting/killing people as Landis was hit by an intoxicated driver that died but charged, tried, and somehow convicted of Negligent Homicide even as the sober driver not committing a crime) Craig did, however, adequately brief trial court's error of granting summary judgment regarding Ineffective assist. of counsel issue Unfortunately, the ND Sup.
