This lawyer had his broker license revoked by the SEC. He still has open lawsuits from clients that lost thousands of dollars with his fraudulent investments. After losing his licence, he evidently decided to become a lawyer.
He now overcharges for his services. Uses boiler plate forms that are found on line for living wills and advanced directives. Makes no attempt to personalize forms, even when the client states specific requests. Overcharges for the generic forms.
Price comparisons with other lawyers reveal his prices are DOUBLE for the same services.
