So it's been 3 weeks since I first made contact with this firm and provided them with my case, and gave them the name of the other party, so they could do a conflict of interest search, 3 days later. 1 week ago I called and left a message wondering if they had come up with anything, and still haven't heard back. Is this common practice to simply ignore potential clients, and if so, how does a company stay in business.

All personnel at Pringle & Herigstad, from the front desk through the law personnel were very courteous and attentive to My needs and concerns when I came in for getting a power of attorney and Will updated and completed.
