I'm currently working with Ashleigh Ensrud on my family law case. Ashleigh is very knowledgeable and takes her time explaining the legal processs, options and answering all my questions. So it's been 3 weeks since I first made contact with this firm and provided them with my case, and gave them the name of the other party, so they could do a conflict of interest search, 3 days later. 1 week ago I called and left a message wondering if they had come up with anything, and still haven't heard back. Is this common practice to simply ignore potential clients, and if so, how does a company stay in business.

All personnel at Pringle & Herigstad, from the front desk through the law personnel were very courteous and attentive to My needs and concerns when I came in for getting a power of attorney and Will updated and completed. I have worked with two attoneys at this firm and feel I have gotten great representation. I also appreciate being able to work with the attorney(s) that I hired and get responses to questions directly from them. I also feel part of my situation was a little more difficult than some, and they weren't afraid to tackle it. Thank you, Ryan, Ashleigh, and all of your fantastic staff!!
