I originally hired him as my lawyer. After 4 phone calls he finally called me back annoyed, rude, condescending and completely unhelpful. I hired someone else and was treated 100x better

Jay went above and beyound for me with my car accident case. Promptly returned calls, very caring, asked how I was feeling. More than your average attorney. I felt like I was being taken care of with great respect and could sleep peacefully at night knowing I was in good hands.
