To my knowledge, Warner is the only attorney in the nation willing and able to help The People with our cases that will impact history. Thank you for your help with these historic filings.

I had a consultation scheduled. I wasn’t sure what was going on as I was expecting her call and she end up calling 6 minutes after our appointment time. It suppose I expected it to be on the dot for some reason. Anyway… she clearly had an attitude and then said her retainer for my situation was 10k. I’ve spoken to a few at this point and it was never 10 or even 5k. She set an amount that she knows is ridiculous. If you don’t want new clients just say that girl. Wouldn’t recommend her at all.

Win, lose, or draw, Attorney Myers is the only attorney I trust to fight for me. This attorney comes from a different cloth. She likes going to trial. She enjoys with ALL of her heart. I will never forget how big and approving her smile was when I refused all plea deals with promises of sentencing, and let her do what she does best...
Attorney Myers did what I thought would never be done by a court appointed attorney. I was facing a F3 weapons under disability and a F3 agg. poss. of meth. I don't have a perfect past and was on parole for a prior conviction for a F3 failure to comply. I already spent 6 months in Lor. C. I. for the parole violation, I was given for these charges being placed against me. My first appointed attorney video visited me one-time during my 6 months incarceration, which quickly ended with him immediately removing himself from my case. He came to tell me to plea out because he saw an "incriminating video". My second appointed attorney lasted until about 1 month after I was released. He only attempted the same tactic as the first. Neither of the "attorneys" cared about the fact that, while I was admitting guilt to the drugs, I wasn't guilty of the guns. Neither cared about the evidence in the form of the body camera footage from all officers was not complete. "Just plea to the charges and take what you get!", they cried. You can imagine how bleak life looked and felt for me. I was going to get railroaded and sent away to prison for 4 yrs. because my wife of 2 yrs. is a law-abiding citizen who's worked banking for 26 yrs. and owns a couple shot guns. Memorial Day, May 29th, 2023, Attorney Myers called my cell phone, introduced herself as my new court appointed attorney and set a time to meet in her office, about 2 hrs. before court. The first time she went to court for me the F3 agg. poss. was dropped to an F5 agg. poss. Ms. Myers obtained the BCI report and showed the courts I did not have enough drugs to merit an F3 agg. poss. as well as it being the first time, I've ever been charged with a felony drug charge. I knew at that moment; God placed her to represent me because she was the one that was willing to go all the way to trial and fight for me as if she was fighting for herself. Attorney Myers did nothing short of exactly that. She obtained all that "didn't exist", according to other attorneys. She built a defense for me that even shocked me. We went to trial bench trial. Attorney Myers in my opinion, made 2 parole officers, the officer designated to lead the investigation, and the weapons expert look absolutely incompetent, no DNA, no fingerprints, no admittance to anything other than having drugs. Even had video of my wife telling the officers I had no knowledge of the firearms. I was found guilty at trial. Politics. We all have to play politics at times. Attorney Myers continued to fight for me all the way to sentencing and I was given 2 yrs. probation rather than 4 yrs. prison. If you ask me, that's the correct sentence to a first-time felony drug offense. My sentencing took place on 10-18-23. Attorney Myers is still assisting our case.

John was great to work with. Life happens and no 2 situations are ever the same so it was great to have someone who understands that by my side. Although my case wasn’t a high dollar job for him, he still took the time to make sure all the facts were presented and ultimately achieved what we set out to achieve. Highly recommend.
