I was placed into CBCF. An unfortunate series of events got me terminated from the program. My probation officer and the prosecutor wanted me to go to prison. Jon was able to get me 60 days in Glenwood jail, and probation terminated. Kind of expensive but freedom is priceless!

I have had john sinn represent me 4 times in the last 10 years 2assaults,dwi ,driving on suspension. And a minor drug charge. And every time has either proved me innocent or the mininum consequences.

I was pulled over (state patrol) and told a motorcyclist traveling on the same highway had called in and said I was doing 80 one night in June of 2017. I was offered but refused a sobriety test and was subsequently arrested for an OVI. I haven't lived in the area that long and didn't want to start "asking" around for personal recommendations (due to embarrassment) so I had to rely on a google search which lead me to Mr. Sinn. As stated earlier, this was my second offense and I refused the tests (with no real good explanation) so I pretty much hired Mr. Sinn hoping he could just make sure the Judge didn't go too crazy on my penalties. Long story short, Mr. Sinn got my charge reduced down to reckless operation! I have absolutely no explanation on how and didn't ask, when he told me the good news I was in complete shock and the only thing running through my mind was, "I need to get out of here as fast as possible before someone changes their mind". This guy is the REAL DEAL! Going through something like this is hard and no lawyer can really guarantee the outcome, but I can guarantee you Mr. Sinn is going to give you your best chance to win.

I was charged with an OVI/refusal in June and this would serve as my 3rd offense total, 2nd in ten. I was pulled over and arrested in Hudson and had all court proceedings at Stow Municipal. The officer was high pressure and made me feel completely uncomfortable so I refused the field sobriety tests and breathalyzer which automatically makes someone look guilty of driving while under the influence. At the suppression hearing the prosecutor was offering reckless op, with the possibility of 20 days jail, classes, 2 year suspension for refusal etc. Jon went back and forth several times talking to myself and the prosecutor before he finally got the prosecution to agree to physical control (no points- as the reckless would have added 6 points to my record, suspending it), no jail time, no classes, no extended alcohol monitoring and an immediate reinstatement of my license with full privileges waiving the $475 reinstatement fee. It was the best possible outcome, given my priors, without wasting too much time and money in court taking it to trial. I appreciate Jon’s persistence, listening to me and what I wanted and not taking the first deal the prosecution made. We both knew I had a pretty winnable case if taken to trial so he got the best deal he possibly could without jumping through all the hoops. Thanks again for everything Jon!

I was facing 2 F2, 2 F3, 2 F4, and 2 F5 Felonies for crimes that I didnt commit, This may sound like a story but this is a true story. I was contracted to do a job in my neighborhood and upon finishing the job I was approched by a detective who knew me from my past and was handed an indictment for all of these crimes against the home owner. The detective didnt want me working in the neighborhood so he had went to the home owner and told her all about my criminal past and scared her into feeling like a victom so she pressed charges like burglary and theft from the elderly, it was a huge mess. Well the truth is I didnt do anything illegal or wrong at all, Long story short I took it to jury trial and Hired Mr Sinn. , I never made it to jury trial and all charges were dropped. Attorney Sinn had litteraly brought the truth to light and saved my life. I was facing over 15 years and walked away no jailtime just a hand shake!
