I was in a car accident that was not my fault. I was hit from the rear and was hit so hard that I slammed into the car in front of me. I had severe back pain, and went to the doctors, physical therapy and a medical massage. Mr. Lynette was not at all helpful. I had to be the one who would communicate first. He was not personable and came across to me as if I was wasting his time. He didn't explain my case very well, and I question whether he was really fighting for me or the insurance company. He basically said that the insurance company was offering me $5000, and to pursue anymore would be a waste of time. After his cut, and paying for the medical bills I was left with nothing to help me continue receiving medical massage, he also would never accept that medical massage IS necessary! I would never recommend Mr Lynette to anyone.
