I hired Brian and he misrepresented himself and could not fulfill the duty he claimed he originally could. He told me he would refund my money multiple times and failed to do so, He told me last year in an email that he would issue a check to me on 3/5/2019. Today is 3/11/2020 and he never delivered on his word, Just excuses and new stories. Absolutely would not recommend.
