I found Mr. DiCaudo through a Google search and met with him on a Sunday. He was very considerate and genuinely interested in defending a friend of mine. He was really clear on his defense strategy and the potential hurdles he may have encountered, but he delivered perfectly what he said would. My friend who had never had a prior record was looking at a potential OVI, but Mr. DiCaudo was able to get the case substantially reduced to a controlled substance violation. I would have to say that his defense is worth every penny if you are looking for quick and effective results. Thank you so much Tom!

Thomas DiCaudo is not worth your time or money, Compared to what was written i got the worst representation as a person as a client which got me thinking there must be something absolutely wrong herein with all this reviews. All he was interested in was to settle the case as quickly as possible maybe thats is the true legal system. If there was a rating less than 1 star i would give him, He deliberately ignored my phone calls never gave me an audience to even discuss the case in my opinion a prosecutor will forever be a prosecutor you are better off representing yourself than hiring this guy.

If you are in need for representation in an OVI/DUI case Tome DiCaudo is the person you want defending you. In short, I was facing a multiple offense situation that had the potential of landing me in jail for a minimum of several months. Needless to say, I was distraught over the situation I found myself in. Tom and his entire office helped by first being available for me through the entire ordeal. He initially looked at my case, and proposed the strategy he would use. He then assured me he would be willing to fight for me on all points. He definitely lived up to his word. Tom argued that the BAC test that I submitted to was not performed in proper time frame and it was suppressed from my case. He remained steadfast in his resolve to take the case to trial if needed. After prolonged negotiation, and presenting the steps I was taking in my life to the court my charges were reduced to a reckless operation. Instead of spending significant time away from my family I was ordered to a 3 day intervention program. Instead of DUI plates and an interlock device on my car my license suspension was lifted. This outcome was far better than I was expecting when I walked into his office feeling pretty beaten up. I am grateful that I followed the advice of a similar review posted by one of Tom's former clients.
