They over charged me and when I requested it to be refunded back on to my credit card they refused and hung up on me. I still haven’t received the money they owe me and it’s been going on for months.

Tom got my dui case settled today. I was facing a dui + refusal to test and he got it down to a physical control. (No points on Liscense and not an alcohol related charge) only required to do dip and 6 months license suspension. Very minimal for what I could’ve had for max penalty. The entire process I never had to enter a courtroom or really do much of anything. He took care of it all. He is knowledgeable with the judges and how to negotiate with them on your behalf. So thankful for his help in this difficult time in my life. I couldn't be happier or more relieved. Thank you so much Tom. A note for people looking for a lawyer - he may be expensive but totally worth it to get back your way of normal life and freedom.
