Wonderful experience, and very helpful. Steven Heimberger made it a very smooth experience for me. The thought of filing bankruptcy scared me to death, but with his reassurances, he made it very comfortable for me. The firm itself is relaxing, and secure, i would strongly recommend them if you should need them.

Attorney Sain took my case with a housing authority, and handled it with care, detail, promptly and effectively. I was being considered for subsidy termination. I was frightened, of course, and clueless. ----I am not familiar with assisted services and government policies and practices. But when Attorney Sain took my case, I felt confident and not so threatened by imminent loss of habitation. With his knowledge and ability, - he formerly worked with AHMA clients. and his attention to detail, he was able to successfully eliminate the problem, which was definitely a threat to my daily living---without secure housing my entire life would have been disrupted. This empowers me to live indefinitely -happily and problem-free in my home.
