Mr. Erb did a fantastic job handling both my divorce proceedings and my criminal trial. He doesn't beat around the bush or tell you what tou want to hear, but is honest and very matter-of-fact.

Anna was great!! She will listen to your needs and concerns. She always had time to discuss the issues with me involving my very difficult divorce. If you need someone that’s willing to fight for you, Anna is the one!

If I could give zero stars I would. Attorney Daniel Krupko and Steve Heimberger were completely incompetent and dishonest. I originally called and left a message with Steve because he had some good reviews on here. I so regret this decision. Steve fobbed me off to Daniel, who's a junior associate. Daniel lied and told me everything he thought I wanted to hear just to get my business. He repeatedly assured me that I would qualify for a Chapter 7 and that the court could only consider my prior 6 month income. He insisted they couldn't look at the income I was now making from my new job, which took me 7 months to find. But, as soon as I paid their 1,400 dollar fee and filed, Steve Heimberger takes over and tells me a completely different story. Turns out they can in fact consider an increase in income after you file, and fast forward 4 months later, the United States Trustee (note this is different than the Chapter 7 trustee) is suing to dismiss my case because I make too much money. This means I shelled out nearly 2K dollars and now have a bankruptcy on my record for nothing. They never even told me this was a possible outcome at the start of the case, which means they are either lazy or incompetent. Steve claims this is just part of the process being "fluid", which is laughable and completely misses the fact that had they properly advised me upfront before I hired them, I never would have filed. I would have settled my debts on my own directly with my creditors. But I guess expecting honest, thorough, and accurate information at the initial consultation is too much to expect from these lawyers. Steve even claimed during this process that he didn't know I had started a new job, which is funny because it's listed right on the petition. I mean I know he had Daniel do all the leg work, but does he not bother to read the petition before he signs his name to it and files it with a federal court?! Complete waste of time and money. Do NOT hire this firm, especially if your case is more complex.
