BMD has provided, by far, one of the most positive experiences I have had with legal work. I appreciate that they employ lawyers with such a wide variety of backgrounds and expertise, making it easier for me to accomplish what I need. The attorneys and staff are incredibly helpful, and I will continue to use their services in the future.

This is by far the most unprofessional experience I have ever dealt with. I have an integrated medical practice and called upon this law group to do my credentialing with various health insurance companies. We were told the process would take roughly 90 days. 90 days into the process we were at square 1 even after MANY MANY requests from the law firm requesting redundant information that could be obtained through my CAQH online portal. After 90 days with no traction I was forced to pull the plug and hire a biller to complete the task. Within 9 days my biller submitted all necessary documents that took Brennan Manna & Diamond 90 days to scratch the surface which leads me to believe that they know little about these services. We received a bill in the amount of $3,700 about 2-3 months after we took this "company" off of our credentialing process. We did not get credentialed with any insurances yet they still want paid. Jeana Singleton and Gennifer Gibbs were assigned to my credentialing.
