I'm new to the rental property business and the day finally came when a tenant wouldn't pay their rent. I called Jeff immediately and he walked me through the process of giving proper notice to my tenant and was then there every step of the way up and through the eviction hearing. Everything was in order on the court day! We got the eviction!

Jeff took my case at the last minute, and was able to help me in more ways that I could imagine! 1st offense and he was able to make a deal with no probation, no dui plates, no jail time!
