SCANLON took a consultation and turned it into a session. With Commentaries he shouldn't have had knowledge of. Then he ignored my requests for clarification He never opened material he was to review and he entered an invalid assessment about medical Info. I wouldn't recommend SCANLON. Maybe it was discrimination based
