I don’t know how he is getting 5 stars he is a terrible lawyer. From the very beginning he gave me the wrong advice. Then his assistant blamed it in the trustee. She’s tough he didn’t know. That’s his job to know. Initially it was a decent payment then the trustee doubled it because of his bad advice. Told him I needed a new roof he told me to claim it on my insurance as weather related. That would have been a lie because it wasn’t caused by the weather. So that was illegal advice. Told assistant we probably need to voluntarily dismiss because we couldn’t afford. She said we could do that and they would just write off their fee. Another lie. Maurice never called us to explain about having it dismissed which he should have done to explain what would happen. He didn’t earn the $4000+ we had to pay him. Maybe if your bankruptcy was easy he can do the job. Otherwise he’s terrible. We are worse off now than before I first spoke to him.

I had a wonderful experience with this law firm. I was in a financial mess with payday loans and credit card debt. I didn’t know anything about bankruptcy so I met with Maurice for a free consultation. He filled me in on everything I needed to know and answered all my questions. There are a lot of FALSE things floating around about filing bankruptcy. I was afraid I wouldn’t get credit for a very long time; I was actually able to purchase a new car/loan within 3 months of filing. I’m so glad I called and made an appointment. Going through bankruptcy is a stressful time in a person's life. Atty. Graham made me feel at ease and his professionalism made me feel that my world was not coming to an end. Maurice is approachable, down-to-earth and clearly communicates what is happening from start to finish with the case. I had questions because of a very lengthy and complicated divorce that left me with lots of debt. He was very patient and clear with explaining things and his support staff, Jerri and Danielle, are exemplary in their patience and expertise.

This firm was wonderful to work with!! They were very thorough with all their work. They answered all my questions because I was very nervous to file. I met with 2 other attorneys before Graham & Associates, and knew right away they were so much better! They took all the time I needed to explain my options and proceeded throughout the whole case to handle things very professionally. They stopped my wage garnishment immediately and were also able to negotiate a lower interest rate on my car loan, along with eliminating my credit cards and medical bills. With everything Maurice Graham and the staff at Graham & Associates did for me I found it very fitting to leave some feedback for others to read. I got behind on my house due to laps in employment, when I found my new job I tired to work with my mortgage company to catch up, but they weren't helpful. Before I knew it they were foreclosing on my home. I filed bankruptcy with Graham & Associates and they saved my house with no issues. They also lowered the interest rate on my car too. I am extremely thankful for Maurice and all his work, I highly recommend him!!
