My son was in a verbal argument with his wife. The police were called where upon minor damage was observed to his home. The police considered this alone a domestic violation. My son has had the same job for a very long time. The charges filed were exaggerated possibly causing him to lose his job, medical insurance and their home as a result. Tom DiCaudo, what can I say? First off he's a lawyer who makes you feel like he cares about you and your case. He also gets back to you fast, when you have questions. So here's a little about my story. I was facing some pretty serious charges that would hurt my career as a chef and have some serious prison time. I had a f3,f4,m1,ovi,and my whole case was based on the arresting officers dash cam . I felt they had no probable cause or the right to search my vehicle without proper consent. After the arignment, pretrial, and second pretrial my first lawyer kept saying he'll get the video and a copy of the discovery . So after 4 months later, still no video or discovery. I started to feel like they were holding the video intentionally. So I decided to change lawyers. Then I started checking google for good lawyers. Most had at the time 10 -15 reviews- half good half bad. Then I saw Tom DiCaudo's firm. I called him about my case and set appointment for a free one on one consult . After hearing his past experience as a prosecutor and knowing the ins and outs of a court room, he went on to explain that it takes a special type of lawyer to cross exam police and fill out the proper paperwork and deal with prosecutors from being one himself. To clarify this,let's just say as soon as the prosecutor saw my new lawyer, he himself called Tom saying he's getting the Discovery ready for him. So now it's my pre-trial and I wasn't expecting much because we were going to ask for a continuence to get Tom caught up, get the video, Discovery and set a new court date. Tom must have super powers because as soon as he walked in the court room,the prosecutor got up and walked over to Tom. They talked for a few minuets. Then Tom waved to talk outside the court room, to tell me all charges dismissed, just plead guilty to m1. I was charged no fines and got my license back. Tom and his firm are the best lawyers in Ohio , hands down..

Tom DiCaudo is amazing. I had blown a tire and went to change it. While I was fixing my car two police officers had approached and asked if I had been drinking. I replied no and refused to take a breathalyzer. My car had incured extensive damage from the tire blowout and had to be towed. The police officer then arrested me and charged me with an OVI. I have never been charged with such a crime before. I took my charge to court and Tom was able to drop the charge to a failure to control. A failure to control doesnt even put any points on my licence as opposed to a OVI that would have ruined my life. Anytime I asked my friends of their similar experiences they told me they had a great lawyer and recommended them but they still recieved an OVI. They did only recieve minimum punishment for them. Tom actually dismissed my OVI. He will be more expensive but worth every penny.

Mr.Benson was the best attorney I have ever had and I have had my share for sure. Even compared to an overpriced attorney I hired out of Columbus that was supposed to be the best oh no. Walter Benson got on my case and was able to get me a plea deal that I didn't think was possible. Not only is he the nicest most professional attorney I have ever had,he was also so fast at getting a resolution. I need to also mention the cost was much lower than I expected for his level of service
