Through a difficult business closing and subsequent bankruptcy, Mr. Heimberger and his firm have proven themselves to be excellent attorneys. Attorney Heimberger was extremely proficient, professional and quick and got us through a very difficult financially and challenging time. We would absolutely recommend him and his law firm to anyone in similar need of good representation.

Absolutely useless. Called to discuss bankruptcy but advised me to settle debt for .10 to .20 cents on the dollar. I agreed, paid $1500 retainer and escrowed $15,000 which was close to .40 cents on the dollar. After nearly a year, he didnt resolve even one of my credit cards. Not only that, but he didnt appear in court for me and a judgment was issued for the entire amount plus an additional $12,000 for the creditors legal fees. Another court hearing for wage garnishment came and went with another missed court date so I called and inquired what that meant. He informed me nothing since I haven't worked in 2 years which wasnt true. Apparently they can now go into my checking and or savings account and withdraw funds. So to sum up my services for $1500 retainer, I'm no closer to resolving any debt, I owe an additional $12,000, lost a year of credit building and have to worry that the little bit of money i have to survive on are going to be yanked from my bank at any given date or time. Steve Heimberger, came highly recommended from a really good friend of mine. My friend whom is an accountant. He spoke of Steve’s work from working cases together. I appreciate them both as well as Steve’s other colleagues. Everyone was nice, informative when I had any questions or concerns.
