First off.... he answered the phone himself!! So in speaking with him and offering my dilemma, we agreed that what i needed, i could do for myself. With so many variable in place if I did it myself, I was concerned that it would make the situation worse. But when I explained to him my fears in trying to accomplish my goal, he guided me through the steps. He talked me through things and offered his assistance in a helpful manner. Told me his fee up front; was very honest, pleasant, and willing to assist however he could. STILL AMAZED THAT HE ANSWERED HIS OWN PHONE! So many times I try to speak with a lawyer, only to get the legal clerk.... Thank you Mr. Heimberger for making my situation "not such a big situation"!
