Very rude and disrespectful I called trying to get information on a case , and he answered the online saying he doesn’t care and to not keep calling his cell phone over and over again , for him to be paid and that this is his career that was very unprofessional of him to respond in that manner . He didn’t even give me a chance to address my self he automatically responded with “He doesn’t care and to stop calling him and to leave a message , that kinda made me upset because I was looking forward to him helping me

Mr. Wallace was my Childs G.A.L on a case. Our attorney was advising to plea instead of taking it to trial. Mr. Wallace drove over 2 hours to go over our case and show us the evidence. We decided to take our case to trial and WON thanks to Mr. Wallace. He is down to earth and very easy to talk to and we never had a problem getting ahold of him. He really goes above and beyond for the child.

Attorney Wallace and his team went to bat for my son against a school district that has consistently let him down and refused to follow the special education laws. He was able to get the school district to provide services that were never offered to us before and also help us put together an iep that he can succeed with. My family has had a terrible experience trying to get the appropriate services through our public school system for our son who has special needs. Jason has helped our son tremendously. We were having issues with a school and the way they were treating my child, she has a disability that the school said they could handle from the jump. I had a parent advocate get involved in my case and has been for over a year but everything the parent advocate and I have tried wasn't working in the best interest of my child.
