Rachel Shmick was my attorney. She made multiple errors on court documents, kept forgetting details of my case and had to be reminded, and was completely overwhelmed by the opposing counsel. For one court date, we had a pre-conference meeting the day before court. She told me to shop the next day at the wrong time and then blamed me because the court sent me a letter several months earlier stating the time that I should’ve been there. Numerous mistakes that I pointed out she turned around on me as though I did something wrong. Her mistakes came at a great personal cost to me. I should have fired them at the first sign that they weren’t as organized and capable as others claim. Randy Lowery was the opposing attorney. I should’ve hired him. Unfortunately for me he was amazing.

Tad Hoover is one of the best lawyers in the state..he not only makes sure he does everything he can for your situation, but he doesn’t leave u hanging or in the blind on anything an tell u the TRUTH on what it is an options… Him an his squad are by far a blessing to anyone who they help.
