From 2019 to 2024 I hired Ciccolini & Associates to handle the matters of my mother’s estate including the creation of Power of Attorney documents, Irrevocable Trust documents, and the filing of probate court documents. I worked with Lori Palermo and Attorney David Wareham and they were both a pleasure to work with. I definitely recommend them for all estate planning needs.

They also did a great job in handling a real estate transfer, and worked through the holidays right up to the last minute to get our in-laws trust closed out by year end. We worked with Maria for estate planning and deed work. Maria was referred from the title company. I am so happy that they did refer her! My 80-year-old mother was moving into an independent living situation selling her home. We found out that there was some issues with the deed. Of course this caused a great amount of anxiety. Maria was amazing how she helped my mother be at ease. I can say Maria went above and beyond! I am very grateful. Beyond the emotional support there's also the fact that she knows her stuff and everything was executed very professionally. Great job!

It is just fact that a persons life presents layers and levels of issues that require lawyers. I have used Ciccolini’s Law office for over 30 years for establishing my will , end of life issues, selling a business and restate issues.
