How do you write a review on total excellence! I can honestly say that I slept so much better at night, knowing that the Chester Law Group was handling my case. Right from the beginning, I felt that I could have complete faith and trust in this company. At one point I was contacted by the law office representing the hospital to which I was transported after my accident. I told them that I had an attorney handling everything for me. They asked me to share the name of the law office. When I told them that the Chester Law Group was handling my case, their response was…”They are an excellent company. We have worked with them before! You are in good hands!” What more can I say about this completely professional excellent group of attorneys? They kept me in the loop by making periodic phone calls to me to keep me up-to-date on the progress being made. The settlement was reached in a reasonable amount of time, and my attorney worked extremely hard to get me fair compensation. Hopefully, I will not need the services of the Chester Law Group again anytime soon; however, should the occasion arise, I will not hesitate to contact them to handle my case again. The Chester Law Group will be the first call on my list! Thank you for everything you did to support me.

The Chester Law Group were very professional when handling my case. The attorney took the time to speak with me and walk me through the different stages that would or could happen within my case. The paralegals that I worked with were very supportive and professional. I received correspondences about my case in mail when necessary, but I always received a call to explaining what it was and what I needed to do. I highly recommend The Chester Law Group.

The doctors and employees are so nice and caring. They put the patients first. They are good doctors because I have fibromyalgia and some arthritis that that they found on x-rays. I was also in a car accident recently, and they are reliving my pain with the treatments and the massage therapy sessions. And the messages are amazing. I highly recommend them as your doctors

I can't think of anything to complain about from my experience working with Chester Law. They would reach out if they needed any information from me. I got to shove the whole settlement process on the back burner and live my life while they took the wheel. Attorney Ashley Clay was great and let me know when there were any updates and called me back when I left a voicemail. I got a nice settlement at the end that I know I would have never recieved if I went in on my own.

TL:DR - This firm did everything in their power to tell me they did not care about me or my case a single bit. Consultation meeting was no-showed by the firm. After sending them medical information and signing releases both electronically and physically multiple times, they claimed to have nothing. I started receiving calls from medical debt collectors, but when I asked the firm what was going on, I was told that it was my fault for not sending them anything. They stated that I would be responsible for all of the debt. I switched to another firm shortly thereafter. My entire case has been delayed, as a best case scenario, by months. I don't know if this is typical treatment for their clients, and I don't know if any of this information was relayed through the rest of the firm as this came up. I hope they only have one bad link in their chain, but at this point I don't care anymore.
