Attorney Haupt and his team have not only been extremely thorough, but very professional as well with handling my custody case. I would recommend them to anyone!

Refuses to return phone calls, to my 98 year old father. Apparently, he received my father as a client, from his retired attorney.

Worst experience with him as GAL. He thinks he knows how a parent, parents their children. Uses his own life to dictate the situation. Sad truly sad.

One great lawyer

He was appointed to a case involving an abused child, and due to personal reasons, lied and manipulated the court in the defendants favor. The abuser was able to see his kid 6 months after the incident. This man is nothing but garbage.

John ripped me off plain and simple. He was recommended by a friend for being a good attorney relatively cheap. He wasn't either, good or cheap. I had a very poor experience in dealing with Mr Haupt who I feel ripped me off and cost me a relationship with my now adult daughter. After my initial paid consultation I agreed to pay Mr Haupt $1200, I felt that since I had two cases in two counties that that was acceptable. John never did much work, but had mostly taken a few notes. I feel I did more work for my own case than John did. Me and the mother of my 3 boys agreed to everything in front of John. I didn't even have to go to court. After I get back a copy of the agreement that was signed with the approval of a family court judge, he asked me for another $1200. I ended up not getting visitation with my daughter and I can't help but feel duped. Mr Haupt is a crook as far as I'm concerned. Agreed to 1200 for two cases unless the money of course was exhausted in fees and expenses. But he only did an hour and half maybe two hours of work on my entire one case and next to nothing for my second case. John asked for another 1200 for the second case to proceed.I also asked several times and never received a bill of services. Con man at best

This Attorney knows what he is doing.. Can't ask for a better one.. The office employees make you feel welcome and so does the attorney..Very concern about the client's well being and very honest... Doesn't sugar coat it for YOU..
