Mr .Rapp is a terrific attorney. He cares about his clients and fights for their interests. He handled a case for my wife and I in February 2021. It was a tough f1 case. It ended up as misdemeanor 1 with probation. Only an experienced and dedicated attorney could have made that happen. Mr. Rapp listens to his clients and also ask the tough questions. Josh was up front with me before I even hired him that I had a chance to get a deal for my DUI even though it wasnt great and there was a chance we could get it pled down. Bill is by far the BEST lawyer EVERRRRR!!
