After losing our attorney from another firm, we were fortunate to have been advised to meet Nicole Hawks at Critchfield. Nicole is incredibly personal and perceptive. They do the least amount of work possible after you pay them and I am shocked that they have receptionist stacy representing the office. They really need to record phone calls without her knowing to hear how she treats people.

This law firm did absolutely nothing for me except charge me thousands of dollars. Every time I received a bill, it just said reviewing the case, but they did nothing!
