I had an incredible experience. Contact was touch and go for a minute. They're just so overworked! I couldn't have asked for better in the courtroom. My attorney was experienced and really cared about my case.

They do not care about poverty stricken people and will only take cases that they know will be an easy win or a negotiated deal & they will sell you out!!!

Absolutely horrible, did not listen to a word I said. Made deals I never agreed to. Never acted on my behalf, seemed to be working against me. Took weeks or longer to get a response

Spoke on the phone with a lady who didn’t give a name. She listened to my situation for maybe 2 minutes, told me they weren’t enough attorneys to help everyone who needed it and I would need to hire a private attorney. When I asked if she could steer me in the right direction she replied with “no, we don’t have enough attorneys to help you”. She was very rude, cut me off multiple times, and sounded very uninterested in what I was saying. If I could rate a 0 stars I would.
