In an odd situation I called this office for a friend in need. It was a criminal charge but a misdemeanor and I was more concerned about an area of law that they don’t cover (family law), which they knew that from my conversation with the secretary. An attorney called me back shortly later, listened, and gave good advice. He even knew before it wasn’t my case but I was trying to help a friend. During the conversation it was revealed he wasn’t even available for the case and even knew such beforehand but still called me and talked to me about it. They could’ve simply had the secretary call back and say they’re not available or won’t handle it; rather he took the time to talk to me himself. He didn’t know I’m a local businessman, I don’t even know if he knew my last name, he didn’t do it for future business or referrals. He did it anyways and I’m quite impressed. He could send me a bill and I’d pay it. Again, he didn’t even ask who I was though. I’d highly recommend an attorney like this!

Scott was very disappointing to deal with. My step dad gave him $5,000 to start his case after months of him being in jail he only seen him 3 times total. He took days to respond to text or phone calls. I would not recommend him if unless u want someone to do the bare minimum. I believe he is a cop out attorney and works with the prosecutors.

I wouldn't recommend to have this attorney represent you ever, honestly. My brother hired him and he has done nothing to help my brother with his case. He couldn't even provide the motion of discovery til after he was asked to be withdrawn from the case from my brother because he didn't feel he was not being defended by his own attorney he paid several thousands of dollars to represent him in this case. He has taken all my brothers money for only coming to see him 2 times and never once came to court and says that all my brothers money was already spent for everything he had done for him in his case which he never did anythingin our eyes. He didn't even provide the motion of discovery until the courtdate where he was being removed as the attorney and we had been asking for is since feburary this year & just recueved it today. He isn't a good lawyer. He doesn't represent you to his fullest capability and that's completely wrong to do to anyone. When your hired & paid as an attorney & you've yet to do your job at all, that's becomes a huge problem! I felt the need to leave this review because of how Scott treated my brothers case. I hope no one else has to go through this with this guy and end up losing out on a lot of money because of the same situation. I'm hoping no one else runs into this same problem when their loved one is fighting a serious case & they end up hiringscott for nothing.... Hope this helps someone else out!

Would absolutely recommend Scott for an attorney. He is outstanding at staying up to date on rulings and what is going on in your case. Should I ever find myself in a situation of needing a criminal defense attorney I will not hesitate to contact Scott. His secretary is one of the nicest I've had the pleasure to deal with.... Andrew's firm found a resolution to my case quickly. I was wrongfully charged with an OVI, and Andrew explained each step through the justice system processes. Andrew promptly got the judge's permission so that I may leave the state for family reasons. He was able to reinstate my license by overturning the administrative license suspension. When Andrew was done, the prosecutor had no evidence, no breath/chemical test, unable to proceed, and dropped all charges. I never went to court. Andrew's firm is one of the few business cards I always keep on my person. The world has changed, and even the most law-abiding citizen gets arrested. I suggest you do the same and keep Andrew's contact info handy.

I recently found myself in need of an attorney. Andrew was the second one I called. I wish I would have called him first. The initial attorney used scare tactics to try to pressure me into paying a huge retainer. I spoke with Andrew and my mind was instantly put at ease. He is very open and empathetic while being 100% truthful. He is always on time and professional. Any time I called the office I got to speak directly to him. Also he is very understanding and not judgemental. His secretary, Heather, is one of the kindest people I've ever met. I definitely recommend him.

Andrew walked our family through a very difficult situation. His office responded quickly to messages and calls. His staff was delightful and helped every step of the way. Andrew worked hard to get the best outcome possible and communicated clearly every step of the way. He prepared us for our son’s court appearance and it went exactly how he said it would.
