Mr. McCarthy was very efficient and thorough in my son's case. He kept us informed along the way and explained the items in the case that we didn't understand. From his past experience, Mr. McCarthy was able to accurately counsel us, which was extremely beneficial.

George McCarthy took on my case when no one else would. He did a wonderful job representing me and helping me through the divorce process. My son is a student at Ohio University. He ran into an issue which required the service of Mr. McCarthy. What impressed me the most about George was his ability to take the time to communicate clearly all of the issues, extremes and possible resolutions. Frank and direct - not withholding the seriousness of the events (which is important when your 19 year old son or daughter is faced with an experiences of a not so perfect world.) The result...no surprises. I literally picked up the phone on my way to Athens in search of a local attorney and was lucky to find his firm. I happen to catch him leaving the office for the day. McCarthy took the time to listen to the events and occurrences (this may not sound like a big deal...but trust me it is considering you have no prior relationship with the firm). Not only did he take the lengthy call...he also waited around his office to meet with us.
