I, and several other past officers of a private club, were recently sued for slander over statements we made in defense of our club manager. Mike Nakon and his team filed a motion to dismiss for lack of a claim. The case was dismissed with prejudice (meaning the plaintiff has no claim and cannot file again). Attorneys from our insurance companies, who largely sat on the sidelines. all praised the filing and legal research behind it as outstanding. I would not consider any other attorney to represent me in the future. Mike is amazing.
