Mr. Heben overcharged for his work product, not just my opinion but the opinion of two separate lawyers who reviewed my case. All his verbiage accomplished nothing, but cost me tens of thousands of dollars. His billing was haphazard and he was neglectful of my case. Mr. Heben is a dog that is all bark and no bite. I was wrongly accused and Mr. Heben's counsel was ineffective. It is still hard for me to discuss the matter because I feel so betrayed. I should have taken my case to the bar association, but I was too depress to do anything about it. My family lawyer referred me to another lawyer who has handled my case much more professionally.
