I used Attorney Marcie for my purchase of a piece of commercial real estate. He walked me through the steps of the purchase and closing and made me comfortable throughout the transaction. I would highly recommend him.

Atty. Marcie helped my husband and me understand how estate planning can optimize the assets we want to leave for our children. He spoke to us in plain English instead of "legalese" - spent a lot of time with us and accommodated our time constraints for our appointment.

I have met many attorneys and have to say Atty. Marcie is one of the most knowledgeable and intelligent attorneys that I know. He always returns my calls the same day or the next, always makes sure I'm clear as to how to proceed and never charges "an arm and a leg" for his services. He has been my attorney for probating my parents' estates, planning my estate, an auto accident, and a case where I was sued by a former landlord (we won!) I'm so glad I found him!

I have serious reservations recommending him to anyone I know. He doesn't respond to phone calls, his assistant is extremely extremely rude; she yells on the phone and claims she's having a bad day. Mr. Marcie simply ignores you after he feels he has done what he wants to do. No followup. Doesn't return voice mails. Find a lawyer who is willing to establish rapport and be counsel vs. having a fancy office.
