Mr. Swartz helped my family and I settle a dispute with neighbors who misunderstood a maintenance agreement during the building of our home. Several of our soon-to-be neighbors were none to happy with new construction and threatened to take us to court. Mr. Swartz interpreted and confirmed our right to build and communicated with the neighbors on our behalf (both written and verbally). He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. His assistance provided us with a sense of confidence during a very stressful time. I would highly recommend him!

As a teenager being pulled over by a cop can be a scary experience the first few times. I had never been pulled over and never been to court. Thankfully I was referred to Don Swartz as my representative. He made me feel very comfortable and enlightened the situation. We went through what was going to happen so that I knew what to expect, which as a fist and hopefully only timer, I appreciated that! I would recommend him to anyone I know. He was nice and easy to speak with about the issue he expressed no judgment and it was over before I knew it.
