I cannot speak highly enough of Tim Morris as a lawyer, and just an overall good human being. He was recommended by a family friend to represent me in a civil protection order, which led to me filing for divorce. In what was a truly horrific time, he made me feel confident that my well being, and my children's wellbeing and safety were his top priority. He was honest, forthcoming, and proactive in making sure I felt comfortable and protected throughout the entire process. My husband and I decided to try to reconcile, and he still reached out to discuss options moving forward to ensure I am protected in all scenarios. He is knowledgeable with both the court system and the expectations of the judges, and he handles himself with professionalism and kindness towards both parties. He is fair, but he will advocate for you and he will do it well. I hope I am never in a situation like this again, but if I were I would absolutely want Tim in my corner.
