They really don't deserve a star. How can you deny a case without speaking to the plantiff???? I plan on suing KNR as well as the property owners for my case

Won't ever call them again. Was on the phone for 15 minutes answering questions. Once I got transferred to the attorney he told me they couldn't take the case because the amount paid to fix my car was too low. They could gave asked that first instead of having me waste my time
