We recently had the opportunity to work with Ms. Dorian Horsey and Ms. Susan Jacobsen at Minc Law. They successfully removed the impersonation accounts on social media after the companies ignored our initial requests. Luckily we hired them. Not only were they patient and kind but they were very thorough and determined to resolve the issue. We are very grateful to them and highly recommend these attorneys.

I recently had the opportunity to work opposite Aaron Minc on particularly volatile matter. Aaron was a formidable opponent, but was always professional and courteous. His constant professionalism through out the negotiations allowed us to come to terms where a similar result would not have occurred with other attorneys and would have most certainly ended up in protracted litigation.

With their focus on internet defamation, the attorneys at the Minc law firm are miracle workers in using litigation to help their clients who are defamed uncover/unmask the person or entity who defamed them, and then recover damages. It’s a highly specialized field, and in my experience, the Minc law firm is the best law firm in the nation at internet defamation litigation.

I run a Process Serving Agency, and to me the best way to judge a law firm is how complete their documents are, how often a court rejects the client's documents, and if they wait to the last minute to get everything done.
Having worked with this firm since January 2018, I can legitimately award them a 5 star review for all 3 of the above. They are complete, accurate and timely.

The Minc Law website is like an open library on internet defamation law! It's an incredible resource on gaining insight into what your options are when facing a defamation issue. The articles are written by their stable of lawyers and paralegals specialized in internet law and every piece is reviewed by Aaron Minc himself. My experience with members of the firm has been great too. Everyone I've interacted with has been professional and very approachable.
