I just got off the phone with this law firm who was quick to call me back with a concern I had . Let me say this, it was a very eye opening experience in the best way . I’ve never had a lawyer give me the best advice for free on a phone call and actually listened to my concerns . I now have more insight on my options as far as pursuing legal action needed . My Mother died Nov. 18, 2014 due to medical malpractice at Summa health Center (City Hospital) In Akron and Howard Mishkind took the case. About a year into the Case he backed out after getting all the information. Please help because it was clear that the surgeon made a critical mistake resulting in her death.

I was in a major car accident (not my fault). I called Friedman Dominio and Smith. They told me I had a case. Then they cancelled me. I was referred to Attorney Goldsteins office thru someone else and they took my case. They kept in contact with me about the case and they got me a settlement (which other attorney's office said I didn't have a case anymore).
