Very prompt and professional I recommend this law firm to anyone, and I have sent people to them for help I highly recommend them.

This is a great firm! Very personable & caring... Keith and Dana were both very understanding and gracious with their time and advice. They provided me with the necessary information and resources which helped me prevent having to file bankruptcy. This is a company that cares enough to help. Keith & Dana were not just concerned with getting another client in the door, they truly care about each individual and their set of circumstances.

All I can say is WONDERFUL!!!!! Dana is awesome!!! She is the most helpful person I have ever dealt with. She went above and beyond to help me through this difficult time. She listened to me (even when I was talking about things that didn't have to do with the bankruptcy and cried with me). So much compassion! Very patient and kind hearted. Keith was so nice. He didn't even get short with me when I was a little late for court, he just told me don't worry about it and let's focus on getting through the hearing. I am giving a 'shout out' to any one who needs to file bankruptcy to go with Borders & Gerace, you won't find a better firm in Cleveland. They treat people like people. They realize that people are more then just the sum of their difficulties and that everyone deserves a second chance. Not sure about those who are complaining (It's probably them that has the issue) because I have sent 10 of my friends to them and everyone of them loves them and especially Dana because she tells the truth (with love).

My experience with Borders & Gerace, LLC was by far the best. This was my first time ever going through a bankruptcy and they really made this process a piece of cake. I was talked through the process and it moved swifley. The staff is friendly especially Dana. Keith was also very professional and helped me prepare well for my court date. Ill reccomend them to family and friends. Thank you for helping me get a fresh start!

Very poor customer service! I am disappointed, we were referred to this firm by good friends of ours. They had all good things to say about them. It started off great! Now I am wondering if they were talking about the same firm. Maybe it depends on the type of bankruptcy filing, their time was short as opposed to ours. I cannot figure out for the life of me why. We have never been rude, or short with them nothing but professional - even when it would have been an appropriate response. I am not sure if they are overworked or just stressed out.

Started out professional, Keith Borders started out disclosing important info then, a breach developed with him and Dana, his assistant, she is the most disrepectful person I have met in the business world, very rude! At my hearong, I showed up with a $3.99 fake fur hat and a $12.99 fake fur vest, downhill from there, I did not receive code to go online and submit second financial session, calls went straight to voicemail, have not heard anything concerning discharge for chapter 7, going beyond 60days now, and Atty,. Borders won't anwer calls, despite my paying fees for his assistance, would not recommend firm to anyone!

I've only had to drop documents off to the office. The lawyers are great, but the staff more in particular Dana needs to work on how she deals with clients or anyone stepping in the office. I understand the job could be stressful but to talk to another staff member disrespectfully because she didn't hawk the clock and lock the doors. Even how she treats young clients versus older clients, African American clients to Caucasian clients. It's evident there is prejudgment with the assistants way of thinking. Great job with what was needed but the attitude with the assistant needs a lot of work.

I would happily refer anyone to Keith Borders. He and his assistant, Dana, were professional and helpful throughout all of our exchanges. He has his client's best interest in mind and does everything he can to make sure everything goes smoothly.
