I needed guidance and the forms necessary to obtain Durable Medical Power of Attorney for my daughter. I called Jeff's office and received a telephone appointment within a day. Jeff called me exactly at the scheduled appointment time. So Perfect!! Jeff understood exactly what I was talking about immediately, and what I needed. We wrapped up the consultation within 30 minutes, he sent me the 26 papers that needed to be reviewed and signed within 15 minutes. Jeff sent a so Perfect video that explained every page of the Power of Attorney package which explained where and what to sign and initial.
