You here so many stories about lawyers being ambulance chasers or only concerned about their fees, well, DAVID NEEL ESQ defies those stereotypes in a big way. He has demonstrated absolute and total concern for ME, my needs, my suffering and without him I shudder to even think how I could have possibly sustained the strength to go on. David has gone far above and beyond and demonstrated a genuine concern for my health and emotional well being.

Mr Neel was great! He was a huge help in getting all my back pay owed by a previous employer. He's very knowledgable and easy to get along with. It did take a while to get the case going, but that was more on the court's end and not his. Once the case got under way though, things went quickly. And without the need to appear in court, so I didn't need to miss any work. I'm very happy with his service.

Dave did a great job when he represented me. My case took several years, and he stuck by me throughout the entire case. Dave worked with me on preparing strategies and kept me informed as to everything that was taking place. It was not like working with an lawyer, but more of a business partner. I retained Mr. David Neel a few years ago in a civil matter. Mr. Neel aggressively requested and obtained evidence to help build my case. Mr. Neel's biggest asset is his cross-examination where he will get the facts out of a deceptive witness. He also utilizes a well rehearsed rapid-fire questioning technique in cross-examination. I retained David to defend a family member in a very contentious breach of contract case which, when David received the file, seemed to have no viable defense available.
