Ellen Hirshman actually could not pursue a case for me, but that was after careful consideration, thorough research, and she expressed the logic behind that decision very clearly and compassionately. The potential case I presented to her was a long shot, but she demonstrated professionalism in how she still thoroughly reviewed the documentation and other factors involved. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
